Engr. Femi Thompson (CEO)
The Chief Executive Officer has cognate experience in the Electrical, Construction, Telecommunication and Computer industries. He coordinates all business activities of the company. He holds a B.Sc degree in Mechanical engineering and MBA from University of Lagos, with experience that spans over 16 years in marketing and services in Training & Telecommunication industry. His exposure and training in management has earned him the confidence of the corporation presently in Nigeria, which has translated in his leadership maximizing performance in the Telecommunication industry.
Engr. Baba Tunde Ajisegiri (MCPN, MNCS, AIBC, ANIM, MIMCOM, CCNA, CCNP, CPSS)
Project Management, Network Planning, Design & Configuration, Strategic and Operational Network Optimization, Network Management and Administration, Radio Network Audit, Routing & Switching

Mr Adeyemo Adetayo – Head of Sales and marketting
B.Sc and Post graduate honors degree (from the Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife and University of Pretoria, South Africa respectively). He has garnered over 15years experience as a strategist and marketing professional having worked in Logistics, Banking and Project management companies in Nigeria.
Tayo’s academic exposure includes stints at Lagos Business School, University of South Africa (UNISA), University of Pretoria, Europcar Academy France, and Robert Kennedy College, Switzerland, Advanced Leadership Program in Dubai;
with qualifications in Sales and Marketing, customer service management, relationship management, marketing strategy, key Account Management, Project Management and Advanced Marketing Management. He is also an alumnus of the African Leadership forum as well as the Professor Michael Porter’s Harvard University Program in Corporate Strategy and Competitiveness.
Engr Opeyemi Omotoso (Project Director)
A Certified Fibre Optics Technician, Certified fiber optic installer with over 14 years’ experience in the industry. He is the Fiber project Director. He is particularly involved in overall management of the projects which includes; client relationship, vendor managing, project scheduling, budgeting, quality assurance and project implementation.
Engr. Nnamdi Ikunna (IMPLEMENTATION MANAGER)
Engr. Nnamdi Ikunna, is the Implementation Manager of Anolaj ventures. He is
particularly involved in overall Project Implementation in all project executed by the company.
He has project managed various calibers of Project in Telecoms industries in Nigeria in his 13 years of experience and a host of other staffs.
